Just over 26 years after its launch, the Cartoon Network website has been officially deleted. The Cartoon Network website also features several browser games that incorporate characters from various Cartoon Network franchises. Cartoon Network Productions is the network's global television production and distribution division, founded on December 5, 1993. Discovery (CN's parent company) decided to shut down the network's website, eliminating free access to a huge database of Cartoon Network content. He produces original animated and live-action programs, and is also responsible for programming Toonami and former Cartoon Network networks, such as Cartoon Planet, Miguzi and Saturday Video Entertainment System.
The original programming block launched on Cartoon Network in the United States on March 17, 1997 and broadcast primarily American cartoons and Japanese anime. The programs that appear on Adult Swim are aimed at an adult audience, unlike Cartoon Network's daytime programming for pre-teens for all ages. Many of the programs that were previously available on the Cartoon Network website, such as “Chowder “and “Ed, Edd and Eddy “, have been added to Max, while others, such as “The Wonderful Misadventures of Flapjack”, are on Hulu. And considering the enormous amount of disappointments from longtime fans of the channel, Cartoon Network may find it quite difficult to recover.
Cartoon Cartoons was once the trademark for the original animated television series on Cartoon Network, but the network rarely used it in 2003. It was originally a weekend programming block that aired on Cartoon Network from December 8, 1992 to October 3, 2004.
